Sweet September
Christopher stumbles upon an old piece of metal in the fields and uncovers a secret that has lain buried under Heather Creek Farm for generations. But will he be able to overcome his shyness to reveal the extraordinary news his discovery brings? And when Charlotte's garden is uprooted one night, can she, along with the curious children find the culprit? As they pull together to seek answers, they learn more about each other?and about the love that binds them together.

Circle of Grace
Emily has been invited to a friend's lake house. But Charlotte has doubts that the girl-and her cute older brother-are a good influence on Emily. Can she put her foot down without losing her granddaughter's love? When the weather service warns that a tornado is on its way toward Bedford, a scary near-miss and a dramatic rescue remind them all about the importance of family.

Meet the Key Characters
Charlotte Stevenson was born and raised in Bedford, Nebraska. She married her high school sweetheart, Bob and came to live on Heather Creek Farm where she raised their three children.

Charlotte's strength, endurance and faith are now being tested with the seemingly impossible task of raising her three grandchildren who want to be anyplace but on this isolated farm with grandparents they barely know.

Bob, Charlotte's husband is a true farmer at heart and feels closest to God when he is cultivating the land. He's a quiet man, but is counted on for his insight and gentle understanding.

Pete runs the farm. He's the youngest of Charlotte and Bob's children, and a bachelor who is often seen as the black sheep, but he has a heart of gold.
